Where We Are:  We operate a retail showroom in Amherst, NH. (Amherst is right outside of Nashua, NH one of the largest cities in tax free NH and a border town to Mass.) We are also about 1 hour from Boston. See directions


Store HoursWe are primarily an online store but our showroom is open Saturdays from 11-3. You can also make an appointment or find us open by chance. 


Regarding mail Order Purchases & Shipping:  If you wish to purchase or obtain information about an inventory item please call us at (603) 672-9224. I know it's old fashioned but if you want immediate response and full blown in-hand descriptions as well as purchase confirmation the phone is the best way.

We offer a 24 hour approval period (minus shipping costs) on all mail order purchases except layaways and those shipments outside the USA. Layaways require a 20% non-refundable deposit. We will not ship amplifiers unless they are under 25 lbs. and we cannot warranty them. Customers may purchase merchandise with a money order, bank check, bank wire or credit card (if the mailing and billing addresses are the same). No personal checks, COD's or Wester Union.

We typically use UPS or FEDEX for US & International. We pack guitars religiously and have extremely low shipping incidents (less than 1%). If you wish to return an instrument please call us within 24 hours of receipt. We will give you a return authorization approval number. The merchandise must be packaged, FULLY INSURED, and returned to us in the condition it was sent out in. In the extremely rare event that an item is damaged while in transit, the receiving party is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. (Carriers will usually come to inspect the damaged item and it's packaging material at the destination location so that it is not possible for us to file a claim on your behalf). We will certainly help in the process but bear in mind that you are ultimately responsible when you decided to enter into a mail order purchase. Items are always sent fully insured. 


In Store Purchases:  Cash is always preferred but we do take Visa, MC, AMEX as well as money orders, wires and trades. In store purchases have a 7 day exchange period for store credit. We do not give cash refunds. The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged: Special orders, consignments, items marked asis or final sale, seasonal & discontinued merchandise and inventory that has health or copyright issues like sheet music, harmonicas etc.

Layaways are 20% down for 30 days. Because inventory that is laid away (which includes consignments) is taken off the floor for up to 30 days, layaways that are not picked up after 30 days are voided and we assess a 20% (Of the purchase price) restocking charge to the customers account. We do not allow the 20% restocking charge to be transferred to another item or used as a store credit.
